Online reservations are processed through Resmio, a third-party reservation management platform.
Resmio acts as a data processor and processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy standards and applicable regulations.
We may also use Reserve with Google, which enables reservations directly via Google Search and Google Maps.
By making a reservation, you agree to the processing of your data for the purpose of table management and guest communication.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
• For active reservation management
• For accounting and legal obligations
• For internal statistical analysis
Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

11. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
A reservation is considered valid only after confirmation via:

All reservations are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to decline or modify reservations when necessary.
12. ARRIVAL POLICY
Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time.
We allow a grace period of 15 minutes unless otherwise notified.
After this period, we reserve the right to release the table without further notice.
13. TABLE DURATION
Standard reservation durations:
• Up to 4 guests: approximately 1 hour 45 minutes
• 5+ guests: approximately 2 hours 15 minutes
Duration may vary depending on availability and operational needs.
14. CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may cancel their reservation:
• Via cancellation link in confirmation email
• By contacting us directly
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future reservations.
For larger groups, cancellation conditions may differ.
15. GROUP BOOKINGS
For larger groups, we may require:
• Advance confirmation
• Deposit payment
• Pre-selected menu
Deposit policies will be communicated in advance.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation.
